1.5mm High-Quality Sheet Metal: This durable metal provides the structural integrity of the booth, offering excellent rigidity and resistance to wear and tear. It also contributes to the overall soundproofing of the enclosure.  

22mm Hollow Soundproof Tempered Glass: The tempered glass panels offer superior sound insulation and transparency, allowing for visual access while maintaining acoustic isolation. The hollow design further enhances sound absorption.

15mm Fireproof and Soundproof Board: This specialized board combines fire resistance with excellent soundproofing capabilities. It helps to reduce the transmission of sound waves and provides an added layer of safety.  

12mm Polyester Fiber Sound-Absorbing Board: The polyester fiber material effectively absorbs sound waves, reducing echoes and reverberations within the booth. This contributes to a cleaner and more defined sound recording environment.  

50mm Environmentally Friendly Soundproof Cotton: This thick layer of soundproof cotton provides exceptional sound insulation and absorption. It acts as a barrier to external noise and helps to create a quiet and focused recording space.

Installation Process and Time

Installation Time:

Approximately 2 hours for a single unit (with a 2-person team)

Installation Requirements:

Elevator Access:

If the entire machine can fit into the elevator, the installation process is significantly simplified.

Once the machine is in place, it can be operational immediately by simply plugging it into a power source.

Manual Installation (if elevator access is limited):

If the machine cannot be transported via elevator, a manual installation process will be required.

This process may involve disassembling the machine into smaller components for transport and subsequent reassembly.

Detailed installation drawings and step-by-step instructions will be provided to guide the installation team.

In some cases, video guides may also be available to provide visual assistance.
